Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Travel Agents Act 1986.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to increase fees in relation to the licensing of travel agents under the Travel Agents Act 1986. The increases are in line with movements in the Consumer Price Index.
This Regulation is made under the Travel Agents Act 1986, including sections 8, 10, 15,

17 and 57 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Travel Agents Amendment (Licence Fees)

Regulation 2003.

2 Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 July 2003.

3 Amendment of Travel Agents Regulation 2001

The Travel Agents Regulation 2001 is amended as set out in

Schedule 1.
