Regulation 2002

Travel Agents Act 1986

Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Travel Agents Act 1986.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to increase fees in relation to the licensing of travel
agents.
This Regulation is made under the Travel Agents Act 1986, including sections 8,

10, 15, 17, 19 and 57 (the general power to make regulations).

1     Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Travel Agents Amendment (Fees)

Regulation 2002.

2 Commencement

This Regulation commences on 31 March 2002.

3 Amendment of Travel Agents Regulation 2001

The Travel Agents Regulation 2001 is amended as set out in

Schedule 1.

Omit “$17”. Insert instead “$18”.

Omit “$43”. Insert instead “$45”.
