His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Travel Agents Act 1986.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to increase fees in relation to the licensing of
travel agents.
This Regulation is made under the Travel Agents Act 1986, including sections
8 (3), 10 (7), 15 (4), 17 (1) and (8) and 19 (1) (relating to licences) and section

57 (the general regulation-making power).

Travel Agents Amendment (Fees) Regulation 2001

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Travel Agents Amendment (Fees) Regulation

2001.

2 Commencement

This Regulation commences on 31 March 2001.

3 Amendment of Travel Agents Regulation 1995

The Travel Agents Regulation 1995 is amended as set out in

Schedule 1.

4 Notes

The explanatory note does not form part of this Regulation.
