1.   Citation

These regulations are the Transport (Road Passenger Services)

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2022.

2.   Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 December 2022.

3. Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Transport (Road Passenger

4.            Regulation 3 amended

In regulation 3 insert in alphabetical order:

large vehicle means a vehicle that is equipped to seat more than 5 adult persons, including the driver of the vehicle;

5.            Schedules 4 and 5 replaced

Delete Schedules 4 and 5 and insert:
