Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Part 1 — Preliminary

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Transport Regulations Amendment
(Road Passenger Services) Regulations 2020.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are

published in the Gazette;

(b)	regulation 5 — on 1 July 2021;
(c)	the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the

Transport (Road Passenger Services) Act 2018 Part 5 comes into operation.

3.             Regulations amended

This Part amends the Road Traffic (Administration)
Regulations 2014.

4.             Regulation 5 amended

Delete regulation 5(a) and insert:

(a) the details of a charge for any offence, whether relating to a road traffic matter or any other

matter, against a person who holds a driver‟s

licence endorsed with extension F or T under
the Road Traffic (Authorisation to Drive)
Regulations 2014 as they apply under the

Transport (Road Passenger Services) Act 2018

section 294; and

5.             Regulation 5 amended

Delete regulation 5(a).

This Part amends the Road Traffic (Authorisation to Drive)
Regulations 2014.

7.             Regulations 11 and 12 deleted

Delete regulations 11 and 12.

8.             Regulation 70 amended

In regulation 70 in the definition of reviewable decision delete
paragraph (b).

9.             Regulation 85 amended

In regulation 85(1) in the Table delete the row relating to
r. 12(4).

10.           Regulation 92 deleted

Delete regulation 92.

11.           Schedule 3 deleted

Delete Schedule 3.

12.           Schedule 9 amended

In Schedule 9 delete items 7 and 8.
