Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Part 1 — Preliminary

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Transport Regulations Amendment

(Infringement Notices) Regulations 2020.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the

Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement

Amendment Act 2020 section 76 comes into operation.

3.            Regulations amended

This Part amends the Road Traffic (Administration)
Regulations 2014.

4.            Schedule 2 Form 2 amended

In Schedule 2 Form 2:

(a) delete "infringemcnt notice will, unless the notice is withdrawn on the basis of information
provided by you in Part E.5' and insert:

infringement notice may

(b)
delete the passage that begins with "your driver's licence" and
ends with "seized and sold." and insert:

your driver's licence may be suspended, your vehicle licence may be suspended or cancelled, you may be disqualified from holding or obtaining a driver's licence or vehicle licence, your vehicle may be immobilized or have its number plates removed, your details may be published

on a website, your earnings or bank accounts may be garnished, and your property may be seized
and sold.

5.            Schedule 2 Forms 3 and 4 amended

In Schedule 2 Forms 3 and 4:

(a) delete "infringement notice will, unless the notice is withdrawn on the basis of information
provided by you in Part F, ' and insert:

ends with "seized and sold." and insert:

your driver's licence may be suspended, your vehicle licence may be suspended or cancelled,

you may be disqualified from holding or obtaining a driver's licence or vehicle licence, your

vehicle may be immobilised or have its number plates removed, your details may be published
on a website, your earnings or bank accounts may be garnished, and your property maybe seized
and sold.

6.            Schedule 2 Form 5 amended

In Schedule 2 Form 5:

(a) delete " infringement notice will, unless the notice is withdrawn on the basis of information

In Schedule 7 Form 1 delete the passage that begins with "your driver's licence" and ends with "seized and sold." and insert:
