Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
Part 1 — Preliminary
1. Citation
These regulations are the Transport Regulations Amendment
(Fees and Charges) Regulations (No. 2) 2022.
2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation as follows —
(a)
Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2022.
Amend the provisions listed in the Table as set out in the Table.
Part 2 — Perth Parking Management Regulations 1999

10. Regulation 48 replaced
Delete regulation 48 and insert:
48. Duplicate or certified copy of vehicle licence
document(1)
The CEO must, on request, issue to the licence holder of a vehicle or, in the event of that person's death, to the person's executor, a duplicate or certified copy of the vehicle licence document for the vehicle.

A fee of $5.30 is payable for the issue of the duplicate or certified copy if the request is made in person or by telephone.
