Part 1 Preliminary
1. Citation
These regulations are the Transport Regulations Amendment
(Fees and Charges) Regulations (No. 2)2021.2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation as follows -
(a) Part 1 - on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; (b) Transport regulation 22— immediately after the regulation 12 comes into operation;
Amend the provisions listed in the Table as set out in the Table.
(c) the rest of the regulations - on 1 July 2021.
