Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Part 1 Preliminary

1.           Citation

These regulations are the Transport Regulations Amendment
(Fees and Charges) Regulations (No. 2)2020.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	Part 1 - on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on 1 July 2020.

Part 2 - Road Traffic (Administration)

Regulations 2014 amended

(b)	in the 3' row delete "18.75" and insert:
19.00

3.            Regulations amended

This Part amends the Road Traffic (Administration)
Regulations 2014.

4.           Regulation 35 amended

In regulation 35(2) in the Table:

(a) in the 1st row delete "17.40" and insert:

17.70
