Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.
Part 1 — Preliminary
1. Citation
These regulations are the Transport Regulations Amendment
(Fees and Charges) Regulations (No. 2) 2017.
2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation as follows —
(a)
Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2017.

This Part amends the Marine and Harbours (Departmental
Areas) Regulations 1998.
4. Regulation 3A inserted
After regulation 3 insert:
3A. Parking charges for boat trailers: Hillarys Boat
HarbourThe following charges are payable for parking a boat trailer on departmental land at Hillarys Boat Harbour where it is indicated publicly that the parking of boat trailers is permitted —
(a) a daily charge of $8.40; (b) an annual charge of $127.00.
