Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
Part 1 — Preliminary
1. Citation
These regulations are the Transport Regulations Amendment
(Fees and Charges) Regulations (No. 2) 2016.
2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation as follows —
(a) Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2016.

This Part amends the Mooring Regulations 1998.
4. Schedule 2 amended
Delete Schedule 2 and insert:

12. Regulation 90 amended
In regulation 90(2) delete “region, Peel region or South West
region.” and insert:region or Peel region. Note: The heading to amended regulation 90 is to read: Fees for vehicle examination in the Great Southern and Peel
regions
13. Regulation 93A inserted
After regulation 93 insert:
93A. Fees for vehicle examination in the South West
regionThe fees specified in the Table are payable by the
owner of a vehicle for examination of the vehicle by
the CEO in the South West region for the purposes of
the Act.
