1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Transport Regulations 2023. 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which the Taxi and Hire Vehicle Industries Regulations 2023 commence. 3Payments in respect of which exemptions or rebates may be grantedFor the purposes of section 5(1)(d) of the Act, the fees specified in Schedule 3 to the Taxi and Hire Vehicle Industries Regulations 2023 are prescribed as payments relating to transport for which full or partial exemptions or rebates may be granted by the Commission.
