Transport Planning and Coordination Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Transport Planning and Coordination Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2008 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the TransportPlanningandCoordination Regulation 2005. 3 Amendment of s 4 (Prescribed transit nodes—Act, s 28AA) Section 4(3), definition PTN Plan 1 , ‘marked VO1 and dated 12 June 2008’— omit, insert— ‘marked VO2 and dated 29 September 2008’.
