Transport Operations (TransLink Transit Authority) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Transport Operations (TransLink Transit Authority) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2008 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Transport Operations (TransLinkTransit Authority) Regulation 2008. 3 Insertion of new s 5 After section 4— insert — ‘5 Approval of register of assets and liabilities—Act, s 60 ‘For section 60(2) of the Act, the register of assets and liabilities prepared by the Minister under section 60(1) of the Act and signed by the Minister on 13 October 2008 is approved.’.
