Transport Operations (TransLink Transit Authority) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Transport Operations (TransLink Transit Authority) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Transport Operations (TransLinkTransit Authority) Regulation 2008. 3 Insertion of new s 2A Part 2— insert — ‘2A Additional service contract area for the TransLink area—Act, s 7 ‘For section 7(1)(b) of the Act, the service contract area called the Dakabin/Mango Hill (North Lakes) service contract area is prescribed.’. 4 Renumbering of sections 2A and 3 Sections 2A and 3— renumber as sections 3 and 4.
