This regulation may be cited as the Transport Operations (Road Use Management—Fatigue Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1998 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the TransportOperations(RoadUseManagement—Fatigue Management) Regulation 1998 . ˙ Amendment of s 19 (Application of div 2 to drivers from non–regulated zone) 3. Section 19(2)(a), after ‘driver’— insert— ‘in the non-regulated zone’. ˙ Amendment of s 25 (TFMS—minimum rest times) 4.(1) Section 25(3), penalty, paragraph (b), ‘24 hours’— omit, insert— ‘24 or 336 hours’. (2) Section 25(3), penalty, paragraph (c), ‘336 hours’— omit, insert— ‘24 or 336 hours’. ˙ Amendment of s 27 (Application of div 2 to drivers from non–regulated zone) 5. Section 27(2)(a), after ‘driver’— insert— ‘in the non-regulated zone’.
