Transport Operations (Road Use Management—Driver Licensing) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Transport Operations (Road Use Management—Driver Licensing) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2008 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Transport Operations (Road UseManagement—Driver Licensing) Regulation 1999. 3 Amendment of s 14AD (Requirements) Section 14AD(3), ‘section 12B’— omit, insert— ‘section 14K’. 4 Insertion of new pt 3B hdg After section 14I— insert— ‘Part 3B Jet’s law: eligibility for licences and reporting of particular medical conditions’. 5 Relocation and renumbering of ss 12A and 12B Sections 12A and 12B— relocate and renumber , in part 3B, as sections 14J and 14K. 6 Amendment of s 45B (Disqualification from holding Queensland driver licence because of conviction under s 12B) (1) Section 45B, heading, ‘12B’— omit, insert— ‘ 14K ’.
