This regulation may be cited as the Transport Operations (Road Use Management—Driver Licensing) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2000 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the TransportOperations(RoadUseManagement—Driver Licensing) Regulation 1999 . ˙ Amendment of s 6 (Other types of licences) 3. Section 6(9), after ‘subsection’— insert — ‘(1),’. ˙ Amendment of sch 4 (Dictionary) 4. Schedule 4— insert — ‘ “moped” means a motorbike— (a) with an engine capacity of not more than 50 mL; and (b) that has a manufacturer’s top rated speed of not more than 50 km/h; and (c) that is not a power-assisted cycle.’.
