s1 2 s3 Transport Operations (Road Use No. 237, 2005 Management—Accreditation and Other Provisions) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Transport Operations (Road Use Management—Accreditation and Other Provisions) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Transport Operations (Road Use Management—Accreditation and Other Provisions) Regulation 2005. 3 Amendment of s 60 (Requirements for motorbike used to give training) Section 60(2)— omit, insert— ‘(2) The person must ensure an L plate is conspicuous to anyone else looking at the rear of the motorbike when the motorbike is used to give the training on a road. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.’.
