s1 2 s3 Transport Operations (Passenger Transport) Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2002 No. 252, 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Transport Operations (Passenger Transport) Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2002 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Transport Operations (Passenger Transport)Regulation 1994. 3 Amendment of s 3 (Definitions) Section 3, definition “excluded route” — insert— ‘(d) Cairns direct to, or from, Mt Isa; (e) Townsville direct to, or from, Mt Isa.’.
