s1 2 s3 Transport Operations (Passenger Transport) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2002 No. 68, 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Transport Operations (Passenger Transport) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2002 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Transport Operations (Passenger Transport)Regulation 1994. 3 Amendment of s 57 (Public passenger vehicles—Act, sch 3, def “public passenger vehicle”) Section 57(3)— omit, insert— ‘ (3) However, subsection (2) does not apply to— (a) a limousine service; 1 or (b) a public passenger service operated using an aircraft, a ferry, or a fixed track vehicle.’.
