This regulation may be cited as the Transport Operations (Passenger Transport) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1998 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the TransportOperations(PassengerTransport) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Amendment of s 15 (Exemption from scope of operator accreditation and driver authorisation—Act, ss 13(2)(c) and 25(2)(c)) 3.(1) Section 15(4), ‘31 October 1998’— omit, insert— ‘30 April 1999’.
