Transport Operations (Passenger Transport) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Transport Operations (Passenger Transport) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 January 2015. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Transport Operations (Passenger Transport) Regulation 2005. 4 Amendment of sch 1 (Market entry restrictions) Schedule 1, item 4, column 2, eighth, twelfth and twenty-fourth dot points— omit . 5 Amendment of sch 11 (Dictionary) (1) Schedule 11, definition excluded route , paragraph (a)— omit . (2) Schedule 11, definition excluded route— insert — (da) Toowoomba direct to, or from, Roma; (3) Schedule 11, definition excluded route, paragraphs (b) to (da) — renumber as paragraphs (a) to (d).
