Transport Operations (Passenger Transport) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Transport Operations (Passenger Transport) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2013. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Transport Operations (Passenger Transport) Regulation 2005. 4 ‘48A Insertion of new s 48A After section 48— insert— Service contract route prescribed—Act, s 62AAA(1), definition integrated mass transit area ‘For section 62AAA(1)(b) of the Act, the service contract route called the Southern Bay Islands Group service contract route is prescribed.’. 5 Amendment of s 149 (Things done under repealed regulation) Section 149(1), example, after ‘ Examples ’— insert— ‘ for paragraph (a) ’. 6 Amendment of s 158H (Application of ss 20A–20C and 27A to particular applications made on or after commencement of this section) Section 158H— insert— ‘(5) In this section— Page 2 2013 SL No. 31
