s1 2 s4 Transport Operations (Passenger Transport) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2002 No. 29, 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Transport Operations (Passenger Transport) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2002 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 25 February 2002. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Transport Operations (Passenger Transport)Regulation 1994. 4 Amendment of s 56 (Services excluded from passenger services—Act, sch 3, def “public passenger service”) Section 56— insert— ‘(j) a service provided by an accredited operator using a vehicle driven by an authorised driver to transport— (i) delegates attending the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting ( “CHOGM” ) being held at Mudjimba and Yaroomba from 2 March 2002 to 5 March 2002; or (ii) officials associated with CHOGM delegates; or (iii) CHOGM officials; or (iv) members of delegates’ or officials’ families. ‘ (2) Subsection (1)(j) and this subsection expire on 7 March 2002.’.
