This regulation may be cited as the Transport Operations (Passenger Transport) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the TransportOperations(PassengerTransport) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Insertion of new s 66A 3. After section 66— insert— ˙ ‘ Operation of Brisbane Airport Rail Link ‘ 66A.(1) To remove doubt, it is declared that the railway operator for BARL may charge a reasonable fare for a person’s use of any public passenger service the operator provides on BARL. ‘ (2) In this section— “BARL” means the railway known as the Brisbane Airport Rail Link, linking Brisbane Airport with the railway network operated by Queensland Rail.’.
