This regulation may be cited as the Transport Operations (Marine Safety) (Transitional) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Transport Operations (Marine Safety) (Transitional) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Insertion of new s 12 3. After section 11— insert— ˙ ‘ Exemption from pilotage fees ‘ 12.(1) The ship named “Island Mercy” is exempted from the payment of pilotage fees. ‘ (2) This section expires on 31 December 1995.’.
