This regulation may be cited as the Transport Operations (Marine Safety) (Transitional) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Marine Safety (Transitional) Regulation1994 . ˙ Replacement of s 1 (Short title) 3. Section 1— omit, insert— ‘ Short title ‘ 1. This regulation may be cited as the Transport Operations (Marine Safety) (Transitional) Regulation 1994 .’. ˙ Insertion of new s 3A 4. Before section 4— insert— ˙ ‘ Fixing of changeover day ‘ 3A. For section 219(1) 1 of the Act, 31 December 1995 is fixed as the changeover day.’. 1 Section 219 (Definitions)
