This regulation may be cited as the Transport Operations (Marine Safety) Exemption Regulation (No. 31) 1996 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation is taken to have commenced on 17 November 1996. ˙ Exemption from pilotage fees and conservancy dues 3. The ship named ‘Concordia’ is exempted from the TransportOperations (Marine Safety) Regulation 1995 , sections 155 and 157, 1 in the Brisbane pilotage area during November 1996. ˙ Expiry 4.
