This regulation may be cited as the Transport Operations (Marine Safety) Exemption Regulation (No. 22) 1996 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation is taken to have commenced on 17 October 1996. ˙ Exemption from pilotage fees 3. The ship named “Island Mercy” is exempted from the TransportOperations (Marine Safety) Regulation 1995 , sections 155 and 157, 1 in the Gladstone pilotage area from 17 October 1996 to 21 October 1996. ˙ Expiry 4.
