This regulation may be cited as the Transport Operations (Marine Safety) Exemption Regulation (No. 1) 1996 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation is taken to have commenced on 1 November 1995. ˙ Exemption from pilotage fees 3. The ship named “Koyo Maru” is exempted from the payment of pilotage fees in the port of Brisbane during November 1995. ˙ Expiry 4. This regulation expires the day after it is notified in the gazette.
