Transport Operations (Marine Safety) Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Transport Operations (Marine Safety) Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2008 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 October 2008. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Transport Operations (Marine Safety) Regulation 2004. 4 Amendment of sch 10 (Fees, charges and related matters) Schedule 10, section 2(3)— omit, insert— ‘(3) The registration component for a recreational ship is as follows— (a) for a ship 4.5m or less—$65.35; (b) for a ship more than 4.5m but not more than 6m—$145.15; (c) for a ship more than 6m but not more than 10m—$251.90; (d) for a ship more than 10m but not more than 15m—$377.70; (e) for a ship more than 15m but not more than 20m—$472.15; (f) for a ship more than 20m—$598.35.’.
