This regulation may be cited as the Transport Operations (Marine Safety) Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 1997 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 January 1998. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the TransportOperations(MarineSafety)Regulation 1995 . ˙ Replacement of s 70 (Prescribed entity—Act, s 60) 4. Section 70— omit, insert— ˙ ‘ Pilot licence entities—Act, s 60 ‘ 70. The entities mentioned in schedule 2A are prescribed entities for section 60(2)(b) 1 of the Act.’. ˙ Insertion of new sch 2A 5. After schedule 2— insert— 1 Section 60 (Regulation may require licences) of the Act
