This regulation may be cited as the Transport Operations (Marine Safety) Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2000 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 September 2000. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the TransportOperations(MarineSafety)Regulation 1995 . ˙ Amendment of sch 7 (Fees) 4.(1) Schedule 7, section 3(3), after ‘the owner’— insert ‘holds a pensioner concession card or’. (2) Schedule 7, section 3(4), ‘25%’— omit, insert ‘50%’. (3) Schedule 7, section 3— insert ‘(5) In this section— “pensioner concession card” means a card known as a pensioner concession card issued under a Commonwealth law. “seniors card” means a Queensland Government seniors card.’.
