s1 2 s3 Transport Operations (Marine Pollution) Amendment No. 327, 2003 Regulation (No. 5) 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Transport Operations (Marine Pollution) Amendment Regulation (No. 5) 2003 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the TransportOperations(MarinePollution)Regulation 1995. 3 Insertion of new s 51A After section 51— insert— ‘51A Insurance limit ‘For section 67A(2) of the Act, 1 a ship’s owner must have an insurance policy to a limit of at least $10 000 000.’.
