s1 2 s5 Transport Operations (Marine Pollution) Amendment No. 135, 2003 Regulation (No. 1) 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Transport Operations (Marine Pollution) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2003 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2003. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the TransportOperations(MarinePollution)Regulation 1995. 4 Amendment of s 46 (Notification of discharges) Section 46(3)(a) to (g)— omit, insert— ‘(a) Hay Point Marine Operations Centre (Reefcentre), Maritime Safety Agency of Queensland; (b) Maritime Safety Agency of Queensland at Goldcoast; (c) Maritime Safety Agency of Queensland at Brisbane; (d) Maritime Safety Agency of Queensland at Gladstone; (e) Maritime Safety Agency of Queensland at Mackay; (f) Maritime Safety Agency of Queensland at Townsville; (g) Maritime Safety Agency of Queensland at Cairns;’. 5 Amendment of s 48 (Devolution of matters) Section 48(1), from ‘its port limits’ to ‘port authority’— omit, insert— ‘the port limits of a port specified in schedule 3A are devolved to the port authority for the port’.
