Transport (New Queensland Driver Licensing) Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Transport (New Queensland Driver Licensing) Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2009 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 11 December 2010. (2) In this section— postponed law means an uncommenced provision of the Transport(NewQueenslandDriverLicensing)AmendmentAct 2008.
