Transport {Motor Traffic) Amendment.

BE it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legisladve Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title.

1.          This Act may be cited as the ‘Transport (Motor Traffic) Amendment

Act, 1983”.	'
Commencement.

2.     (1) Sections I and 2 shall commence on the date of assent to this Act.

(2) Except as ptovided by subsection (1), this Act shall commence on the day appointed and notiried under section 2 (2) of the Motor Traffic (Further Amendment) Act, 1983.

Amendment of Act No. 18, 1930.

3. The Transport Act, 1930, is amended by inserting in section 202 (1)

(b) after the word “charged” the words ‘, and all moneys paid to the Commissioner for Motor Transport in relation to the issue .ir transfer of number-plates,”.
