Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.’. 13 Amendment of s 61 (Proceeding when traffic lights or arrows at an intersection change to red or yellow) (1) Section 61(2), ‘comply with section 59 or 60’— omit, insert— ‘not enter the intersection’. (2) Section 61(3)— renumber as section 61(5).
