Transport Legislation and Another Act Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Transport Legislation and Another Act Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2008 . 2 Postponed commencement of particular uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2) of the postponed law is extended to the end of 28 February 2009. (2) In this section— postponed law means the provisions of the TransportLegislationandAnotherActAmendmentAct2007 stated in the schedule. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 2 March 2009.
