s1 2 s4 Transport Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 3) No. 297, 2005 2005 Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Transport Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2005 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 17 December 2005. Part 2 Amendment of Transport Operations (Road Use Management—Accreditation and Other Provisions) Regulation 2005 3 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the Transport Operations (Road Use Management—Accreditation and Other Provisions) Regulation 2005. 4 Amendment of s 120 (Way to require vehicles to stop or move in preparation for stopping) (1) Section 120(1), ‘section 31(2) or 32(2)’— omit, insert— ‘section 31(3) or 32(3)’. (2) Section 120(1), ‘section 33(2)’— omit, insert— ‘section 32(4) of the Act’.

s5 3 s7 Transport Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 3) No. 297, 2005 2005 Part 3 Amendment of Transport Operations (Road Use Management—Vehicle Registration) Regulation 1999 5 Regulation amended in pt 3 This part amends the TransportOperations(RoadUseManagement—Vehicle Registration) Regulation 1999. 6 Amendment of s 67A (Meaning of history certificate ) Section 67A(2)— insert— ‘(i) any other vehicle related information decided by the chief executive.’. 7 Amendment of s 67B (Meaning of status certificate ) (1) Section 67B(2)(h), from ‘whether’ to ‘so’— omit, insert— ‘if the vehicle is currently recorded in the register or interstate register as a written-off vehicle and is not currently recorded in the register or interstate register as having passed a written-off vehicle inspection’. (2) Section 67B(2)(h)(ii), ‘first’— omit. (3) Section 67B(2)(i) and (j)— renumber as section 67B(2)(j) and (k). (4) Section 67B(2)— insert— ‘(i) if the vehicle is currently recorded in the register or interstate register as having passed a written-off vehicle inspection, each of the following—

s7 4 s7 Transport Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 3) No. 297, 2005 2005 (i) that the vehicle has passed a written-off vehicle inspection; (ii) the date of the written-off vehicle inspection; (iii) the State in which the vehicle is recorded as having passed the written-off vehicle inspection; (iv) information recorded in the register or interstate register about the cause of damage to the vehicle;’. (5) Section 67B(2)— insert— ‘(l) any other vehicle related information decided by the chief executive.’.
