s1 3 s4 Transport Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 3) No. 199, 2002 2002 PART 1—PRELIMINARY 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Transport Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2002 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 19 August 2002. PART 2—AMENDMENT OF TRANSPORT OPERATIONS (MARINE SAFETY) REGULATION 1995 3 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the TransportOperations(MarineSafety)Regulation 1995. 4 Amendment of sch 7 (Fees) (1) Schedule 7, section 6(2)(a)— omit, insert— ‘(a) for a replacement certificate of registration for a commercial or fishing ship—$37.00;’. (2) Schedule 7, section 6(2)— insert— ‘(c) application for transfer of registration of a recreational ship—$16.95; (d) replacement label for a recreational ship—$10.00; (e) administration fee payable in the case of payment for renewal of registration of a recreational ship after the expiry date—$10.00.’.

s 12 7 s 12 Transport Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 3) No. 199, 2002 2002 12 Amendment of sch 4 (Dictionary) Schedule 4— insert— ‘ “major defect” means, in relation to a vehicle being reinspected, that the vehicle is defective because of section 13(a) or (d). “minor defect” means, in relation to a vehicle being reinspected, that the vehicle is defective other than because of section 13(a) or (d).’.
