Part 1 Transport Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2011 Part 1 Preliminary [s 1] Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Transport Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2011 . Part 2 Amendment of Traffic Regulation 1962 2 Regulation amended This part amends the Traffic Regulation 1962. 3 Amendment of s 61 (Application for permit) Section 61(2), ‘60(a)(i) or (ii)’— omit, insert— ‘60(1)(a)(i) or (ii)’. 4 Amendment of s 62 (Deciding the application) (1) Section 62(2), ‘60(a)(i), (ii) or (iii)’— omit, insert— ‘60(1)(a)(i), (ii) or (iii)’. (2) Section 62(3), ‘60(a)’— omit, insert— ‘60(1)(a)’. 5 Amendment of s 64 (Duration of permit) (1) Section 64(1), ‘60(a)(i) or (ii)’— 2011 SL No. 138 Page 3
