Part 1    Preliminary

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Transport Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2019.

2   Commencement

Part 3 commences on 30 November 2019, immediately after the commencement of the Transport Operations (Road Use Management—Vehicle Registration) and Other Legislation Amendment Regulation 2019, section 17.
