This regulation may be cited as the Transport Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Amendment of Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road Regulation 1989 2.(1) The Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road Regulation 1989 is amended as set out in this section. (2) Section 5— omit ‘ “approved form” means a form approved by the Director-General for the purposes specified in the form; ’. ˙ Amendment of State Transport Regulation 1987 3.(1) The State Transport Regulation 1987 is amended as set out in this section.
