Transport Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Transport Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2008 . 2 Postponed commencement of particular uncommenced provisions (1) Under the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 15DA(2), the period before automatic commencement of the postponed law is extended to the end of 25 October 2009. (2) In this section— postponed law means an uncommenced provision of the TransportLegislationAmendmentAct2007 stated in the schedule. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 27 October 2009.
