s1 2 s3 Transport Legislation Amendment (Postponement) No. 258, 2006 Regulation 2006 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Transport Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2006 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provision of Act (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 2 November 2007. 1 (2) In this section— postponed law means the TransportLegislationAmendmentAct 2005, section 66. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 4 November 2007.
