Transport (Infringements) Amendment Regulations 2018

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Transport (Infringements) Regulations 2010 consequential to the commencement of the Commercial Passenger Vehicle Industry Act 2017.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 215 of the Transport (Compliance and Miscellaneous) Act 1983.

3Transport infringements

(1)For the heading to Table 7 of Schedule 3 to the Transport (Infringements) Regulations 2010[1] substitute—

"Bus Driver Accreditation".

(2)In Column 6 of Table 7 of Schedule 3 to the Transport (Infringements) Regulations 2010¾

(a)in item 131, for "2558" substitute "8889";

(b)in item 132, for "3260" substitute "8890";

(c)in item 133, for "2559" substitute "8891";

(d)in item 134, for "2560" substitute "8892";

(e)in item 135, for "2561" substitute "8893";
