Transport (Infringements) (Amendment) Regulations 2007
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Transport (Infringements) Regulations 1999 by revoking references to redundant offences and by prescribing new transport infringements relating to the accreditation of drivers of commercial passenger vehicles and private bus services.
2Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 215 of the Transport Act 1983.
3Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2007.
4Principal Regulations
In these Regulations, the Transport (Infringements) Regulations 1999[1] are called the Principal Regulations.
5Amendment of Schedule 3
(1)In Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations, in the Table before the sub-heading "Taxi-Cabs" insert—
