2 Transport Infrastructure (Roads) Amendment (No. 4) No. 303, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Transport Infrastructure (Roads) Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 1993 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Transport Infrastructure (Roads) Regulation 1991 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of s.3.07 (Checking sites) 3. Section 3.07(3)— insert— ‘ (aa)drive the vehicle onto a weighing device; and ’. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 4 (Penalties—other) 4.
